An unidentified body of a man in his late twenties was found in Maitland in what appears to be a hit and run accident early this morning.
“The man was found lying in Voortrekker Road after being hit by an unknown vehicle,” Police spokesperson Siyabulela Vukubi said.
A case of culpable homicide has been opened.
