The Democratic Alliance will on
Tuesday hold a protest for Higher Education Budget Speech by Minister Blade
Nzimande.
DA Youth Chairperson Yusuf Cassim
said despite our constant calls for an increase in the National Student
Financial Aid Scheme budget, the Minister will again announce no new steps to
ensure everyone has acces to the NSFAS.
Cassim said the students will
continue with their protests up until the Minister make changes and accommodate
as many students on NSFAS.
Cassim added that the Minister has been talking but no action and this is the time.
