The National Education, Health Allied Workers Union (Nehawu) said the union will look at governments latest wage offer in detail with its members over the weekend.
The union said its members rejected the new offer based on incomplete information
This comes after the union’s members rejected state’s latest revised based on incomplete information offer this week.
They hope to have an answer on Monday.
Nehawu spokesperson Sizwe Pamla says the miscommunication can be blamed on the fact that they only gave themselves one day to consult with members on government’s revised offer.
