East London experienced a number of delays with their trains on Wednesday morning, which left commuters stranded.
Provincial Metrorail spokesperson Mamkeli Ngam said, "We've communicated with our commuters to alert them about the delay. Those that can must make alternative forms of transport.”
Cable theft has once again been the cause at Mtsotso train station.
