A man was killed and his wife seriously injured when a light motor vehicle collided head on with another car in the North West.
The cause of the accident is not known at this stage but police are investigating the accident.
Netcare 911’s Jeffery Wicks says paramedics arrived at the scene and found one man who was critically injured.
The man was rushed to a nearby private hospital and died upon arrival at the hospital.
