The African Christian Democratic Part has sent its condolences to the friends and family members of the 24 people who died in a bus accident on Friday.
The cause of the accident is believed to be brake failure.
ACDP has welcomed the major investigation by MEC Robin Carlisle into the accident.
ACDP MP Cheryllyn Dudley said they will be writing to the Transport Minister Ben Martins to find out about the testing and maintenance of arrested beds in vehicles.
The preliminary results of an investigation that was launched immediately by the transport and public works MEC Robbin Carlisle, found some certification issues according to the MEC.
Meanwhile the statement issued by Atlantic Charters and Tours today states that the carrier operating permit had been issued in January 2013 and it is valid until 2016.
