Six suspects have been
arrested for impersonating the police, defeating the ends of justice as well as
possession of drugs.
The arrest happened following
a tip-off from a member of the public about suspicious looking police officers
searching a house in Langlaagte, Johannesburg
Police spokesperson Kay
Makhubele said there was a group who was sitting in the house and they were not
the police we had to arrest them. It was also found that these people were the
ones who were terrorising the community around the area.
There were a number of cases
that were outstanding Makhubele added.
