Two people dead and three others injured in Johannesburg

An accident this morning on William Nicol in Johannesburg left two people dead and three others injured.  

It is believed that two vehicles collided into exact other.

The exact details to the cause of the accident will remain the subject of a police investigation.

ER24 Spokesperson Russel Meiring said: “ER24 paramedics arrived at the scene and found the two vehicles lying in the middle of the intersection.”

“On assessment paramedics that found two male passengers at the back of the motor vehicle had already succumbed to their injuries. Three other male passengers in the vehicle were found with critical injuries. Two of the injured were found trapped in the front of the vehicle.”

“Paramedics had to use the Jaws of Life to remove the patients, once freed paramedics treated the patients and transported them to the nearest hospital for further observation.”
