South Africans are once again asked to give suggestion on how they would like their tax money to be spent by the state.
The Finance Department said South Africans could submit tips for Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan, as the annual budget speech is coming up.
Treasury spokesperson Lindani Mbunyuza said “These tips are tested in the Treasury. They are read by Treasury officials and the minister. We want to know whether the suggestions that people give us can be utilised”.
Some of the suggestions given could be incorporated in the budget speech.
