A 30-year-old woman has been arrested for her involvement in the Pretoria child porn ring.
This morning’s arrest has brought the total to 9 in what is believed to be South Africa’s biggest child porn manufacturing ring in history.
In December, Gauteng police raided four homes in and discovered that six children, from the age of about 4 were used for sex videos.
A family of eight were arrested and the latest arrest is also a family member.
Social workers became suspicious after two foster children who were removed from the families in March and October last year started performing poorly at school.
