A newborn baby girl was found yesterday near the Centurion cemetery in Pretoria.
The baby was found wrapped in a plastic bag and her umbilical cord was still attached.
When paramedics arrived on the scene, the baby was dehydrated and hypothermic.
LifeMed ambulance’s Hugo Minnaar says the newborn’s condition is stable.
The baby girl is now in the Pretoria Academic Hospital in the intensive care unit.
