A South African immigrant has been found murdered and dismembered in New Zealand.
Media reports that police found parts of 32-year-old Carmen Thomas, in a container last night.
Thomas, who used to live in Durban, was working at a club in East Auckland and police have been searching for her since she went missing on 13 July.
It is believed that Thomas had been killed and dismembered in her home on 29 June.
Thomas’ former lover, Brad Callaghan had been charged with her murder on 21 September and has already appeared in the Auckland District Court.
