Xingwana visits the family of a Soweto teenager

The Minister of Women, Children and People with Disabilities Lulu Xingwana today visited the family of the Soweto teenager who was gang-raped.
The Soweto teenager was allegedly raped by seven men, who filmed her in the process.
The teenager then disappeared for three weeks after the incident, on Thursday she was found in the house of a 37 year-old man in Braamfisherville.
The 17-year-old, is said to have a mental disability, and has been removed from her home in Braamfisherville to a place of safety.
A family member said that they are not happy that she was taken away from her family.
