The commission has heard evidence
from high-ranking SAPS members at cluster, provincial and national level.
The commission is investigating
allegations of inefficiency at police stations in Khayelitsha.
"We want the commission to build
policies and make people understand why we are having an outcry of police
inefficiencies in our communities.” Hamnca added.
