Taxi overturn leaving 14 people injured

An accident this morning on the M27 near Inanda in Durban resulted in fourteen people left injured. 

It is believed that a taxi lost control and veered off the road which then rolled down an embankment.  Several passengers were ejected from the taxi during the accident. 

Netcare 911 Spokesperson Chris Botha said fourteen people were injured, with injuries ranging from serious to minor were stabilized at the scene.

“They were then transported to various nearby Hospital for further care Botha added.
