A man was killed in truck collision

A man of about 60 was killed yesterday when his car collided with a stationery truck on the N3 Southbound near Townhill in KwaZulu-Natal. The man allegedly collided with the back of the truck that was broken down on the side of the road.

“ER24 paramedics responded to the scene and found the man still in his car, unresponsive and with various injuries”, said Pieter Rossouw.

 “Paramedics provided the man with advanced life support interventions, but sadly there was nothing that could be done for him and he was declared dead on scene by ER24 Paramedics”, said Rossouw.  


“The driver of the truck did not sustain any injuries”, He concluded.
