The actor accused of raping his 4-year-old daughter's bail application will be now be processed.
This follows after a doctor found no sign of assault to the child.
The family was recently booked into the Garden Court hotel where the girl was apparently assaulted while her mother was away. The 45-year-old then left the hotel when the mother returned.
It is alleged that the grandmother who reported the case to the police, plotted against the actor.
He was arrested in Germiston on January 2 and appeared in the Wynber Magistrate’s Court on Monday.
