The Khayelitsha based Progressive Youth Movement will be marching to the offices of the Department of Social Development on Youth Day.
The march is to demonstrate against youth unemployment in the country.
Zama Timbela from the Progressive Youth Movement says they demand permanent jobs as well as a basic income grant or a living wage that should be provided to all unemployed people if government cannot provide jobs.
Timbela says they are against the youth wage subsidy.
