Student constable Sipho Mbatha who is accused of killing a Soweto teenager in February will appear in the Roodepoort Magistrate's Court today.
The 41-year-old is accused of killing 16-year-old Thato Mokoka.
He was denied bail at his last court appearance.
The unarmed teenager was allegedly shot three times with an R-5 rifle while lying on the ground outside his grandmother's home.
