City of Cape Town has today confirmed that a schoolboy was injured when a stone smashed through the window of a MyCiti bus in Tableview on Thursday.
City Spokesperson Kylie Hatton said the city condemns the incident.
Hatton said city staff provided the boy with emergency support and counselling immediately after the incident, and the driver of the bus was also supported.
“The bus has been repaired and MyCiti has reported the matter to the South African Police Services Tableview Station.
