WC government reports back on the progress of service delivery

Western Cape Premier Helen Zille on Tuesday engaged with local stakeholders in George to report back on the provincial government’s progress on service delivery.

Zille said it was important to understand the importance of the role of government in assessing performance.

Premier also outlined the province’s Strategic Plan and its Strategic Objectives.

Spokesperson for Premier Helen Zille, Zak Mbhele, said that Western Cape government has earmarked a projective spend of almost R1bn for projects and 6 departments between 2013 and 2015, spanning a range of infrastructure projects and services and opportunities that will help communities in the George municipality.
