A KwaZulu-Natal collision between a car and a truck on on Saturday has left one man dead and five others injured.
Netcare911 spokesperson Jeff Wicks said a heavy goods truck travelling towards Pietermaritzburg crashed into a car on the N3 near Shongweni.
The man died on the scene due to his severe injuries.
The cause of the accident is not known at this stage.
