The Gauteng Education Department has stated that it has received reports from a private investigator the department hired, in regards to the Jules High School cellphone sex video incident.

The department’s Charles Phahlane said “The investigator has submitted a report and the head of department is studying the report”.

The Gauteng Education Department hired the investigator to see if disciplinary action could be taken against any pupil, teacher or school official.

Two boys and one girl have been charged with consensual sexual penetration under the Sexual Offences Act.

They are all seeing a psychologist and depending on the psychologist’s report the charges against them could be dropped.
