The trial of two men alleged to have killed Afrikaner AWB leader Eugene Terre’Blanche was set to start in the Ventersdorp Magistrate’s Court today but the defence is expected to ask for a postponement in the matter.
Terre’Blanche was beaten to death on his farm in the North West province in April.
Two of his farm workers were arrested for the murder.
The accused, Zola Majavu, the 15-year-old suspect’s attorney, said he needed more time to prepare.
Meanwhile, the media is planning to launch an application today asking the court for permission to sit in during proceedings regardless of the fact that one of the suspects is a minor.
