8 April 2012
ANC Secretary General Gwede Mantashe says Julius Malema did not defy his suspension by speaking at a church in the Eastern Cape.
On Thursday the ANC once again suspended Malema for comments he made about President Jacob Zuma.
Malema is now not allowed to make any statement about the ANC on any public platform.
He told members of the church in Butterworth to pray for him, because his former friends had turned against him.
