Police management has expressed shock and anger at yesterday’s attack on two members in Port Elizabeth
Two constables were patrolling when they were attacked.
Thandiswa Bambiso was shot dead during the attack and Mongezi Mqina was critically injured.
Mqina is in a critical but stable condition. Police expressed their anger following yesterday’s incident.
Acting national Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkwanazi says a wounded man, believed to be a suspect, is in hospital under guard.
