Police in Germiston in Gauteng have arrested six people and seized more than 30 weapons, camouflage clothing and a swastika badge at a house in Primrose East.
The five men and one woman have been charged with unlicensed possession of 16 firearms, ammunition and 15 swords.
The police were investigating the death of a teenager in a nearby informal settlement. He was allegedly stabbed to death by a group of men wearing balaclavas and military uniforms.
More community members have since come forward with claims that the men were terrorising them with guns and knives.
