A pre-trial conference to happen in murder case of Anni Dewani in the Western Cape high court

The pre-trail conference of the two accused of murdering Anni Dewani is said to begin in the Western Cape High Court.

In November 2010 Anni’s husband Shrien Dewani allegedly masterminded her murder.

Attempts to extradite him to South Africa from Britain to stand trail are currently underway.

Xolile Mngeno and Mziwamadoda Qwabe face charges of kidnapping, robbery with aggravating circumstances, murder and two charges relating to the illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition.

Another two men is also allegedly involved in her murder is shuttle bus drive Zola Robert Tonga and Monde Mbolombo.
