Trade union Solidarity on Wednesday will announce a legal plan and the first legal steps it will be taking against the unfair Implementation of affirmative action by the Department of Correctional Services.
Solidarity`s Deputy Secretary Dirk Hermann says their plan entails various cases against the DCS .
Hermann also said in the latest affirmative action case Solidarity is representing four DCS employees.
Hermann added that the announcement will take place on the 11th of April.
