Netcare 911 paramedics responded to an accident on Spine Road in Westville.
One man sustained serious injuries after his bakkie collided with the back of a street sweeper vehicle.
Meanwhile, paramedics raced out to a very unusual accident along the Umdloti Beach.
A holiday maker was travelling in his car and lost control of his car.
