Experts say the draft Western Cape Community Safety Bill is unconstitutional.
The draft bill was published for public comment.
Constitutional law experts to the Minister of Police Nathi Mthethwa have found the bill to be unconstitutional.
Spokesperson for the Minister Zweli Mnisi says their department will not support the Bill in its current form.
