Arguments continue on e-Tolling

The arguments on the implementation of e-toll will continue today.

The South African National Roads Agency Limited is accused of having had misled the public.

Opposition to Urban Tolling Alliance says the motorist are kept in the dark about this whole thing, which could cost them over R71 billion in the long run.

Outa lawyer Mike Maritz said the South African National Roads Agency Limited believed it had sufficiently consulted the public when it had not.

The hearing for this multi-billion rand project is being reviewed at the   North Gauteng High Court.
