DA prepares for 2014

The Democratic Alliance had elections for new leaders at its Federal Congress in Johannesburg over the weekend.

Helen Zille was re-elected unopposed, Wilmot James was elected Federal Chairperson, while Mmusi Maimane, Anchen Dreyer and Makashule Gana deputy Federal chairpersons.

DA says this team’s focus will be on delivering opportunities for all South Africans, particularly those who remain disadvantaged by the country’s divided past.

DA’s Geordin Hill-Lewis they are preparing for 2014 now.

DA Leader Helen Zille said they are ready to govern come 2014.
