The National Department of tourism in partnership with South African Tourism will be hosting roadshows.
The shows will aim to drive the Service excellence message.
Chief Director of Communications Trevor Bloem said the sessions will focus on Market Research, Grading of Establishments, Tourism Market Levies and the concept of Service Excellence.
Bloem adds that it is about improving and making tourism establishments aware of the importance of tourism service exelence standards in the sector.
Bloem Said the reason is so that they can improve and maintain customer relations and customer service excellence standards to remain competitive.
As the country competes with many other countries to bring tourists to South African shores.
