Steinmann upon the arrival at the scene they
found that two motor vehicles had collided head-on resulting in four people
tragically losing their lives.
“All the injured were treated on
scene before they were transported to nearby Netcare facility for further
medical care,” Steinmann added
The exact details of the cause of
the accident and preceding events will remain the subject of a police
investigation.
