Two motorists were arrested for outstanding warrants of arrest while other two were fined for illegally racing in Cape Town.
The two motorists were arrested for 33 outstanding warrants for traffic fines.
Other two were fined R2 500 each for participating in illegal racing
Fifteen motorists ere charged for failing to wear their safety belts and 315 fines were issued for other offences.
