A 72-year-old man accused of creating child pornography has been released on a 10-thousand-Rands bail at the Bellville Magistrate’s court.
Police officials reacted on a tip off and raided the man’s house where they found pornographic material.
The suspect allegedly lured children aged between 12 and 15, by buying them expensive cellphones and clothes.
Meanwhile, the Cape Town’s vice have warned parents to keep a close watch over their children and their activities.
A possible child sex network is being investigated.
