The student-policeman who allegedly shot and killed a 16-year-old boy has been arrested in Johannesburg
The Independent Complaints Directorate has confirmed that the 41-year-old student policeman was arrested yesterday.
He allegedly shot Thato Mokoka three times.
He shot the boy outside his grandmother’s home in Braamfischerville Phase Two in Soweto
