Yesterday two bus drivers were arrested in Beaufort West with khat worth about R30,000 in their possession.
Khat is a energy boosting drug derived from a shrub.
They were taken into custody following a tip off.
Frederick van Wyk of the police’s said the two suspects will appear in the Beaufort West Magistrates Court once they’ve been charged.
