Three suspects have been arrested after Nigerian police raid what is suspected to be an illegal orphanage.
A spokesperson says young women, thought to have been forced to bear children with the aim of selling them, were rescued.
Seven women between the ages of 18 and 20, including three who were pregnant, were freed during the operation earlier this month.
No babies were discovered.
