The South African Olympic team to compete in London Olympics has been brought under fire.
The team kit is sponsored by a Chinese company.
The Congress of the South African Trade Unions has been very vocal about the deal.
Cosatu Spkesperson Patrick Craven said that they want Sascoc to reverse the deal.
Craven further said that the will be not be proudly South African but rather proudly Chinese.
The Western Cape MEC For sports and recreation Ivan Meyer said that by later this week they will have a meeting with Sascoc regarding the kit sponsor.
Meyer reiterated that the deal needs to be reversed.
