Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa will as from next month re-introduce its train service from Cape Town to East London at a cost of three-hundred and fifty-Rand.

PRASA’s Mthuthuzeli Swartz said this re-introduction of the service is because of customers calling for the service to return and that there was a desperate need for it.

Swartz said a train which will leave Cape Town every Sunday at 10:25 starting from the 3rd of May this year was introduced.

Swartz said this train would be leaving East London on a Tuesday coming back to Cape Town, of which it would leave East London at 14:22 on a Tuesday.

Swartz said we hope that this will meet the requirements of our commuting public and we are always ready to act on any request that comes from the public.
