In December 2013, Zukiswa Ncitha mayor of Buffalo City three senior ANC councillors and regional secretary Phumlani Mkolo used Nelson Mandela’s funeral arrangements to chow millions. This slang word appropriately describes what happened at Buffalo City.

Cope Spokesperson Dennis Bloem says…“The Congress Of The People are saying that Buffalo City during   the burial of Nelson Mandela has chowed a lot of money from the burial of Nelson Mandela.”

We are saying that the ANC is too scared of taking action against their members. They are just shifting people around and not punishing people. It is a very clear to indication that corruption in the ANC is rewarding.”
