President Jacob Zuma has urged all South African’s to honour former President Nelson Mandela by continuing the fight against racism and hatred.
Zuma celebrated the living legend’s 91st birthday at a mass charity lunch in Ivory Park on the East Rand yesterday.
Addressing the audience, he said Mandela embodied that which we all aspire to - “ ubuntu,selflessness, and the ability to transcend hatred and anger for the service to humanity”.
Celebrations were hosted worldwide yesterday in honour of the struggle veteran’s 91st birthday.
