Northern Cape police has made a discovery of dagga worth R500 000 in a bedroom on Tuesday.
The police were responding to a housebreaking and theft complaint when two men aged 30 and 33 were found at the house.
The suspects allowed the police to search the house and allegedly said the bags contained clothes.
Captain Tony Modise said, "The nine bags contained dagga which is believed to be distributed for sale around Galeshewe.”
The two men were arrested and charged with dealing in dagga.
