6-year-old Kamvalethu Zimane who was reported missing on June 29, 2009 was found in Khayelitsha on Saturday afternoon.
The Pink Ladies Organisation was called in to assist police to find the boy. Zimane was spotted in Khayelitsha on Saturday evening.
“Thank goodness we could be a part of saving a little one today and thank you to all said,” said Dessie Rechner of the Pink Ladies Organisation.
Rechner commended two SAPS members for their hard work, saying that Superintendent Geldenhys and Constable September did not leave any stone unturned.
