Almost five years after mining magnate Brett Kebble’s killing, convicted drug dealer Glenn Agliotti appeared in the South Gauteng High Court in connection with the crime today.
The case was postponed as Agliotti was the State's main witness against former police commissioner Jackie Selebi, who has since been convicted of corruption.
Reports said Agliotti will also face charges of conspiracy to murder some of Kebble's business rivals and another charge of attempted murder related to the shooting of Allan Gray executive Stephen Mildenhall.
Self-confessed hit man Mikey Schultz told the court that Agliotti never conspired to kill Kebble or any of the other men he was accused of plotting to kill.
Agliotti has pleaded not guilty to all charges against him.
