The City of
Mayoral Committee Member for Utility
Services Shehaam Sims said it is sad that people in the province still need to
use portable toilets.
Sims said there are no plans to
electrify full flush toilets at the present moment, but plans are under way to
electrify ablution blocks.

issues at night and will provide portable flush toilets.
