Solidarity and the Low-cost Airline Mango are today expected to meet at the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration.
This follows a wage dispute which Solidarity declared with Mango earlier in October this year.
Solidarity spokesperson Moira-Marie Kloppers said should wage negotiations deadlock, strike action could be imminent.
She also said that for now they are still committed to negotiations and a strike will be the last resort.
Mango Spokesperson Hein Kaizer said they prefer not to discuss negotiations with the media but in a forum where a mutually beneficial solution can be found.
