Caster Semenya is back where she feels more comfortable, on the tracks running.
The 800m World Champion who won gold in Berlin last year is back again. 19 year old Semenya competed in the Lappeenranta in Finland and won in 2mintues:04:22sec.
This is her first competition after she was forced to stop racing due to gender tests that has to be done. She was cleared by the International Association of Athletics to run again last week.
Caster Semenya will compete on Sunday before returning to South Africa.
She will not be competing in the World Junior Championships and the African Championships because she was not included by Athletics South Africa.
Her coach is focusing on Semenya to compete in the Commonwealth Games which will be in October. One thing is for sure, Caster is aiming for gold again.
